Term and Policy

Damaged/Defective Items Claim: PLEASE INSPECT GOOD(S) IMMEDIATELY, all claims must be made within 7 days from receiving date. For damaged claims, please take some pictures of the damage and email them to  doortodoornailsupply@yahoo.com

Lost Package Claim: Domestic Shipment: Domestic package is extremely rare to go missing/lost for tracking. To make a claim, please contact doortodoornailsupply@yahoo.com with your Invoice # or Order # and indicate whether you want a resend or refund.

Prices: We strive to keep our prices as low as possible. However, due to unexpected demand, our published prices are subject to change without notice. We will, therefore, invoice merchandise at the prices prevailing at the time of shipping.

Sales Tax:  California customers will be invoiced CA State sales tax, unless exemption certificate is furnished to seller.

Return: If you are not completely satisfied with any products, you may return it for a credit or refund (minus shipping & handling) within 15 days of the invoice date.

RETURN GUIDELINES

  • Items must within 15 days of shipment
  • All items must be in the original packaging, and in good condition.
  • Upon inspection, the item has to be in resalable condition.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items are not able to be returned including:

Clearance items or discontinued items

  • Items with broken product seals
  • Items that are subject to Manufacture's Return Policy or Warranty
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
  • Custom order or drop ship special order items which include all pedicure spas and furniture
  • Nail polish, gel polish, gel, electric files, implements, drill bits or used acrylic and liquid.

ITEMS THAT ARE DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, OR INCORRECT

If you return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item in the store or online.

EXCHANGES

Door To Door Nail Supply will accept exchanges to items purchased online. Please send the item back to address below. Upon inspection, we will issue a credit towards a purchase of your next item. Customer is subject to any associated shipping charges.

  All returns must be in the original packaging with manual and warranty card. Customer is responsible for shipping charges plus insurance (if applicable) when returning good/s to us.

All incomplete returns (missing parts) or After 15 days of the invoice date are subject to a minimum 20% restocking.  Please call customer service at 1-855-890-8890 to obtain a return authorization number. 

 

Special or Private Label Order: 30% of total order will need to deposit for  private label order and special order. The deposit will not be returned if you cancel the order.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Prepaid (Money Order, Check) and Wire Transfer Fund (subject to US$30.00 fee).

Freight: Freight will be added at the time of shipment.

Warranty: Only manufacturer's warranty is available. If the merchandise is defective please contact the manufacturer directly. We may be able to help our customers by contacting the manufacturers on their behalves but it does not imply nor express our liability over the products.

Warranties that are specifically described to be provided by us (Doortodoornailsupply.com) will not cover accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.

Error and Limited Quantity: We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct print or illustration error. Some pictures for illustration purpose only.   To Whom it may concern,
